There
is an enormous need in Indian country for legal expertise
on Indian land tenure issues. Many Indian people want access
to a resource that will clearly communicate to them important,
practical information about their land assets that will empower
them in making decisions. ILTF is seeking to increase the
amount of this legal expertise by funding a program that will
place qualified and highly motivated third-year law students
or attorneys interested in Indian land law into Indian communities.
Please
pass along to your colleagues, thanks.
