Where will
the children play?
Where will the wildlife stay?
All this pollution,
No sincere solution,
Mountain, rivers and trees,
Land from sea to sea,
The natural seed,
Lost to corporate greed.
America, home of the brave,
Your environment you need to save.
Where will the children play?
Where will the wildlife stay?
For historical preservation,
No plan of conservation.
No formal adjustments made,
And quietly it all begins to fade,
Government induced laws,
Nothing but legislative flaws.
America, home of the brave,
Your environment you need to save.
Where will the children play?
Where will the wildlife stay?
For the salmon, eel and deer,
There is but a quiet fear.
For the elk, wolf and bear,
No one hardly has a care.
Habitat spoiled by waste,
Water developing a bitter taste.
America, home of the brave,
Your environment you need to save.
So where will the children play,
And where will the wildlife stay?
Why is there no justified stand,
To protect a magnificent land?
Who will make the choice,
To speak out with their voice?
Who will provide the need,
To protect the earthly seed?
For now is the time,
To use your intellectual mind.
America, if you are the home of the brave,
Then you need to save your environment.
