Cowrate-An Introduction

by Geoff Hampton

In the October 5th issue of Canku Ota, we will begin a series about Cowrate. So, let's get ready to have some fun.

Cowrate is a unique program that is designed to provide exercise and enjoyment for Native American communities. There is no pressure for students and it is simply designed to be an enjoyable way for children to get moderate exercise without the pressures of a traditional martial arts program.

We are currently looking for:

  • Instructors
  • Advisory Board Candidates
  • Interested Communities
  • Business Partnerships

Interested instructors, Advisory Board Candidates, Potential Business Partners and communities that would like to get involved can get additional information by e-mailing Geoff Hampton at GEOFFLHAMPTON@aol.com
