Homeschooling can be difficult, and expensive. In this issue, we share some online sources for curriculm materials that are either free or low cost.

Captioned Media Program We are a free-lending library of open-captioned videos. We are funded by the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the National Association of the Deaf. Currently, we have around 4,000 captioned videos in our collection and are adding more each year. http://www.cfv.org/

Educate the Children Educate the Children provides free worksheets, lesson plans, and teaching ideas to teachers and parents of children 5 to 11. http://www.educate.org.uk/

Personal Educational Press Personal Educational Press is a free online utility for teachers, parents, and tutors to make flash cards, print word lists and generate worksheets for educational games. http://www.peacecorps.gov/kids/world/

STAR Students And Teachers Against Racism announces their new website that offers insight into the Native American perspective to teachers and educators. http://www.racismagainstindians.org/
