Hang-Up Scarecrow

What You'll Need: 1 wire hanger (not the kind with a cardboard rod at the bottom) Fabric scraps 1 pair of old pantyhose (please don't take your mother's new ones) Glue Scissors Directions: Bend the coat hanger into a diamond shape. If you have trouble, get a grown-up to help you. Cut off one leg of the old pantyhose. Slip this over the hanger from the bottom up. Then, tie a knot at the top of the nylon to keep it from slipping off. Cut out eye, nose and mouth shapes from the fabric scraps. Be creative; you can give him any kind of face you want! If you like, you could even glue on yarn hair to make a girl scarecrow. Let the glue dry for about half an hour. Now, you're all ready to hang up your scarecrow!
